WHERE WE SHIP FROM
We ship directly to customers in the United Kingdom.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

DELIVERY TIMES (UNITED KINGDOM)
Standard Shipping: 【7–12】 working days
Express Shipping: 【4–7】 working days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or peak seasons (such as Christmas) are outside our control.

SHIPPING COSTS
- Free standard shipping on all orders over £150
- Orders under £150: £4.99 flat rate standard shipping
- Express shipping: £10 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND VAT
All applicable customs duties and VAT are included in the price you pay at checkout. There will be no additional charges on delivery.

TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel at any time.

MISSING OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your tracking information has not updated for more than 【7】 days, or if your estimated delivery window has passed, please contact us at support@garagerock.store and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can amend the address only before dispatch.
