Refund & Returns Policy

14-DAY RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

The following items cannot be returned:
- Items damaged through misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Digital products or downloadable content

HOW TO START A RETURN

To begin a return, please email us at support@garagerock.store with:
1. Your order number
2. The item you wish to return
3. The reason for the return

We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

- If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If you are returning for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind): the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us first. We will confirm availability and provide instructions.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
